I was speaking with a guild member on discord and he came across this whilst checking his back account and mentioned it to us:
I haven't checked mine yet myself. Has anyone else seen? Is it his bank maybe or perhaps just hogwash from his behalf?

I do not know if it's the case for others, but since Brexit was applied the charges for the ESO subscription are increased by 1.35 euros (for me) because of payment costs outside the European zone. So monitor your accounts, personally I'm only finding out now, but my bank has been taxing me for a few months because the organization that manages ESO + is in the UK.

His bank is 'Société Générale', a well known french bank.
We all checked our French accounts, it's only his bank apparently. It would be nice to know if he's alone or if other French people at this bank are getting the same deal?

"Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 24 DLCs. 40 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver&Gold as a "you think you do but you don't"-tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game." - @AlexanderDeLarge0 -

Consider this resolved, he'll look up on his side to get refunded.0
