I did a daily from Alvur Baren, Bastion was out the entire time, no achievement popped.
Edited title: Just saw that the outfit achievement also did not get rewarded, even though he is fully decked out in a custom outfit.

Sju✭✭✭✭If anyone else has this issue: I had to do another daily for the achievement to pop. For the outfit achievement, I had to select no outfit and then equip the custom outfit again, then the achievement popped.0
