[PS4] Zenithar's Abbey Ogr Twin Boss bugged

Zenithar's Abbey boss Grapnur the Crusher and Burthar Meatwise is non-interactable. It doesn't attack me, and I cannot attack it. Many other players come and go, without being able to fight this boss. Bug exists on all my charcters since launch, so I will assume it's for all PS4 EU players. I checked yt videos and there is no mechanic to 'start' the fight as far as PC players showed.
