Ivory Brigade Motifs not showing as learnt [XBOX]

Pretty much what the description says.
I dropped two motifs (axes and chests) a couple of days ago from the dailies in Leyawiin, and learnt them on my character.
I got the usual popup saying style chapter learnt, but when someone else linked them in zone chat, they stated "Use to add to your collections".
I then dropped a duplicate of axes a day later, which also states that I can learn it. However, when I try I get the message "Already in your collections"
@ZOS_GinaBruno is the team aware of this / fixing it in the incremental?
