Combat/Play Issue w/Crystal Fragments

Since Tuesday, day of Blackwood launch on Xbox, Crystal Fragments have not been working right. It's become very sluggish and slow, and many times doesn't even process. All other skills are normal. It's just Crystal Fragments.
