Ivory Brigade Motifs not being added to Lore Library & motif tooltips

I have learned 3 motifs of Ivory Brigade style. None of them are showing in in the Lore Library and if I obtain a second motif, the tool tip says "Use to add...". It is only after I attempt to learn it and it says it is already known, that I then notice it has been added to the Blackwood Achievements, but nowhere else.

And same with Wayward Guardian, recommend report it in-game also.
