No lead from shadow supplier in Vivec City for Gaze of Sithis

I've been going to the shadow supplier in Vivec City several days in a row and I'm just not getting the lead. Yes, I choose "have any equipment today?" but still nothing. This is really annoying because everyone and their mothers have this mythic except me!

It is not. Took me many days to get it. Some people have been going every day since release and still don't have it. Nothing to do but be patient. They design these mythics intentionally like this so you can't get them all on the first day or even week of release.
This one does seem a bit silly though since you can't farm it.0
