Twitch drops not showing

I checked my account and it is indeed linked to twitch. The day of the Blackwood release I was on two channels for several hours that promised drops. I got a single crate from pre-ordering on EU and nothing on NA. The rest of the package came through on both servers.

Blackwood was released a week ago.

Drops were enabled from 1st to 6th june, you could get one crate per day.

Ok that answers the one crate thanks, but the non bethseda approved twitch channels still makes it an issue.
