How much mag does your khajit have with Blackwood?

Using standard traits and enchants, my khajit only has 29.3k mag using clockwork filet.
(armor all mag enchants, jewelry bloodthirsty)
For some reason I could swear had above 31k even using clockwork before Blackwood update. I know we lost ~500 mag from cp nerf but that doesnt account for the difference.
Am I just remembering wrong and 29.3k with clockwork is the new normal?
