Templar automatically dismounts or even game crashes after riding over certain class skills

Hello, since the latest Update 30 i have encountered this problem in cyrodiil: after capturing an enemy ressource when i get on my mount i automatically get dismounted after a few seconds, then i mount again and get dismounted again... this sometimes happens like 2-4 times, then finally my char stays on the mount. It doesn‘t seem anybody else is having this issue around me? Only happened in cyrodiil so far for me

Update: customer support told me to try if the issue still persists after today's maintenance. So here is what happened:

i still got the issue and it even got worse!! After some testing i did already in the morning about the issue i found out, that the dimounting of my character seems to happen whenever i run over my self cast Templar skills Channeled focus or Cleansing Ritual (with my mount but not sprinting). When sprinting with the mount over the effects it did not happen. However now after the maintenance i tried again like suggested by support, if the problem still persists: so i ran over the effect and got an instant game crash (game just shut itself down without any warning). I logged in again to try again, a few times i ran over the effect it only dismounted my character but then it also happened again with the game crash!

    Huh.
I've been noticing my templar ritual is visually obnoxious since the update. Wonder if it's related?

I also noticed this, kinda hurts the eyes when cast on bright surfaces like snow. You also got the dismount/crashes issue with ritual?

I haven't been in a situation where this would have occurred.

Is this only happening in Cyrodil?

Over lunch I shall see if it happens to me not in Cyrodil, and if it does not I shall port into Blackreach and investigate further

I do not have a templar, but I was able to recreate this issue on the PTS server.

I put Channeled Focus and Extended Ritual on the ground, mounted up and rode through it and i got dismounted. No crashes though, probably because todays maintainance update was not pushed on the PTS.

I was able to replicate this bug multiple times. In Blackwood, Grahtwood, and Bleakrock, and Cyrodil, PC/NA Blackreach.
Rune focus and Extended Ritual caused my toon to dismount when ridden over. I also filled a bug report via /feedback.

Thank you for testing that! I‘m in contact with customer support, they wanted me to make a video capturing the bug. Maybe i will do that tomorrow, but don‘t know why they cannot test it themselves.

I tested it today with Nova (Solar Disturbance morph) and it did not cause my character to dismount. So i made this video today and sent it to customer support, let's wait and see what they tell me

Excellent, I wasn't able to get online last night to test it, glad you were able to.
