As a pet sorc player, I really hope the new sorc companion comes with pets

I really want to explore Tamriel with a mini-army of me + scamp + twilight matriarch + non-combat pet (bear) + companion follower + companion's clannfear + companion's twilight tormentor.

I hope the sorc companion's active abilities include daedric mines, lightning flood, storm atronach, etc. so my screen can be literally non-stop camera shaking explosions and electricity. I am very disappointed that the base expac is only releasing with a nightblade and dragon knight. We don't even get a pet templar healer, and everyone knows sorc is the master race.

I doubt it, at least not a permanent one. If they did get daedric pets, it would most likely be summon a leaping clannfear for 8-12 seconds then it despawns. Augmented would increase the duration so it stays up for a little longer. Curse and Ward would be their other ability variants in that tree, I don't see them getting a Bound Armor.

An army of pets.

It would genuinely be funny for like a couple of hours, but I can see it getting old fast.

If you want though, Bastian's intro quest involves him and another NPC following you around at some point. If you combine this with a sorc pet AND you already obtained Mirri, you can have 2 follower NPCs, Mirri, and the 2 sorc pets for a total of 5 entities following you around.

So you can get a brief glimpse of what it would be like to have a small army lolol.
