Companions unintended disappearing

When you move through difficult terrain (swiming in water/lava, jumping from cliffs/heights, etc) companions quite often dont get back after temporal unsummoning, also noticed it happens more when you are mounted.

Yup, noticed it too. Happens when you use a door as well sometimes. Really annoying.

Yeah, that's how I lost my Bastian... I was racing to a dolmen and we got attacked but I kept going. Got to the dolmen as it was active and started to battle, only to realize that Bastian's ultimate counter was gone. I looked around to see if he was laying around dead, but he was just GONE.

Pets like the Bear and Deadric do the same, if you come out of deep water and start attacking something before the Pet can materialize they will be forcibly unsummoned and you have to summon them again. Companions most likely have the same behavior, unlike pets though you can't summon them while you're in combat.

After June 4 5 patch last night, my companions have started unsummoning themselves when using a wayshrine or porting. Rather annoying to get to a new area and jump into a fight but oops, no Mirri to get XP from it.

This was also happening to me on the PTS and recently on live as well.

I also get an error message "That collectible is not yet ready." (or something to that effect) whenever I transition zones with a companion active, even when I haven't activated anything from my menus or quickslot for ages.

Oh I don't get any error, just running around wondering why I havent' heard my companion in a while, look up and no companion! No idea what happened to them, just... not there. They resummon so it's not an "overfull zone supression" thing, and considering their relationship status is almost green, it's not an "I'm mad" thing.

So far my khajiit vampire nightblade is utterly incapable of having Mirri stay summoned after any load screen. Wayshrine, delve entrance, outlaw refuge you name it -- she's somehow unable to be summoned automatically and I have to do it manually.

None of my other characters have this problem.

Happened to me a couple of times today with Bastian.

Also, one time we were both mounted, then he jumped off his horse and ran behind me while I was still mounted.

I haven't managed to [synonym for anger] my companions yet either, but I suspect it's only a matter of time between Bastian's problems with trying to make a dishonest living and Mirri's issues with bugs...
