Oblivion’s Foe doesn’t work

I don’t know if I’m the only one but there is no way to make this set work properly. Yesterday it worked few times in overland Against some random enemies and after that Nothing.
I’ve tryed to zone somewhere else, tryed to unequip and equip it back (also after different amount of time), in battleground and imperial city CP enabled there is no way to make it work.
I don’t know if it something tied to crafted set since my valkyn skoria works perfectly and durino last PTS patch I had the same problem with the reworked Vampire set (the one craftable Vampire Kiss maybe? Can’t remember its name).
Useless to say that before the patch every single set I have always worked and Oblivion’s Foe make no difference in this matter, this problem started to happening yesterday after the patch; I already reported the vampire set problem durino PTS in the official feedback thread but I’m experiencing the same issue now with another craftable set.
