Is the shadow mundus stone working?

So during the PTS I noticed that my crit damage had not been increased beyond 100% and it appears that you have fixed part of that bug so that the cp stars work giving me 113% crit damage but I am using the Shadow stone, 15% crit damage and the set Archer's Mind 8/16% Crit damage so shouldn't my crit damage be 144% correct?
