NA PC server very sluggish

After playing Update 30 all day with only minor issues with lag, now that it is evening hours in North America the NA PC server seems to be very, very sluggish. Character log-on and log-off takes a long time. With bank deposits I have having to wait a long time between depositing items (usually, it's immediate). Trying to go through Mail in-box and take attachments, but there are long delays in response. "Latency" (as displayed in game) is normal.
