Plague Slinger medium set no longer procs on LIVE Server after update to blackwood.

After teleporting to zone it procs until you swap bars, then it no longer procs and won't proc again, no matter if you swap back to first bar.
This happens both in dungeons and overland.
Tested on my Nightblade Orc. belt, rings and weapons are from Plague Slinger. No other slots equipped.
No add-ons, only vanilla game.
Tested on LIVE EU Server.

techyeshic✭✭✭✭✭I will add to this; sometimes both stat and ability pro sets just stop working in Cyrodiil and seems to be after zoning. To fix, you have to unequip and re-equip the full set.0

✭✭✭✭A lot of sets have this problem. The Mad Tinkerer proc is having its visual and cc effects for me on PC/NA, but I'm not seeing any damage from it.0
