Clever Alchemist 5th piece bonus doesnt work BLACKWOOD

Its looks like 5th piece of set doesnt work.
When i drink pot in combat my weapon damage is still the same, also tooltips of skills are the same.
Any1 else have this issue ?

did you make sure you were in combat, the set only works in combat now since quite a few patches ago

ye im in combat ill add its doesnt work on Cyro only. Fury works i can confirm but clever dont
