When fighting in keeps on the walls, Puncturing Strikes hits players standing on the wall when Templar are under them. It's been like this for years... Really notice it when you are a NB trying to hide on the walls and there is fighting under you... pulls you out of stealth every time.
Don't get me started on the 8 meter range.... that's just ridiculous... should be 6 meter range. It already slows the player but seriously it should not hit above them.
