Dungeoun Finder put me in random non dungeon group, Help

I am new on Eso and now i am little bit confused. I have a huge question and would be happy if you can help me forget my worries about that specific bug that had happend last night
I was waiting in player queue to do a group dungeon via dungeon finder. Whilst waiting i did some quests. I used the wayshrine to port to another area and after the loading screen of the new area (think it was grathwood) i saw that i was put without any message in a random 2 player group ( no dungeon group) in this new area.
Shocked of this bug i tried to leave this group as soon as possible but it was not possible, i got stuck in there. Only thing that worked was a complete log off the EU Server and restart with the ps4
As a new player i am now concered. Can these weird bug/glitches get me banned if the happen?
I love this game, but now i am afraid to play ;(
