I was running Blessed Crucible in veteran mode with Bastian as a tank and during the second boss, the Pack, I died against the four Lycan bosses, the braveheart Bastian in the heat of the battle faced a bug, he is still fighting against the remaining bosses and after some seconds he attempt to reset the fight but as soon as he does that he get imemdiatly back in the fight unabling me to ress. Unfortunately the bosses keeps fighting and once they reset they take a bit of their life back so waiting for the brave bastian to kill them all (bringing justice for all XD) throw you in an infinite fight.
The only work around seems to spam the command pet to call it to you, if you do just once as soon as he gets hit from the bosses he get involved in combat and everything starts over.
Aside from this it seems ZOS impleemented a sort of "fly spell" which happens sometime when you counter the channel of this boss
