Has anyone figured out how to trigger "a mothers obsession" or the other one "dead weight"?

Yes, I just got "A mothers obsession".

Raise the Rapport to Friendly.

You can get "Dead Weight" right after you finish "Mother's Obsession"

Yeah I did them on live. They weren't triggering for me on pts.

Anyone knows whether Bastian gets a second rapport quest to go see his sister at any point?

Bastian has one rapport quest at 1500 to find out about his family from Quistley (Ilessan Tower) and another at 2750 to find his sister (Koeglin Mine). There are no additional personal quests after that right now.

The devs did say there would be expansions to the companion relationship system, so it wouldn’t surprise me to see another quest added in the future.
