System dropped me from 3 different dungeons today, mid-run

Each time I was in mid-fight when boom - drop (Banished Cells II, City of Ash II, Depths of Malatar). I was not kicked - just dropped, w/o warning. It was Not due to dropped internet from my ISP - I verified each time that was fine.
I had to re-login after each drop, sometimes having to re-login 2 or three times because the system bombed out. One of the 3 times, the system kept saying I was already logged in and wouldn't let me back (I had to completely close the app using Task Manager - PC).
I managed to finish 2 of the 3 dungeons with the existing teams by re-logging in quickly. Still it was VERY frustrating and time consuming.
Please address this.
