Vampire bites have LOWER exp ??

Back from not playing ESO as was such a annoyingly buggy game. Some things are better some are not. I like the new Vampire bites, the problem is WTF?? Half the exp, hardly any gold?

Now for what I have noticed wrong. Well there is a problem with logging out of game and trying to get to Character creation?...IT DOESN"T WORK? Having to always automatically quit the game then having to log-back into game is very time Consuming esp with the max number of toons?

Good thing I only did a one month sub, wrong the option to just do a one month sub wasn't given? And not sure I will re-sub or just cancel the recurring sub that I didn't pick as my option?

I am hoping that this gaming industry will be regulated [snip]

It's a reskinned Blade of Woe and the Blade of Woe reduces experience of kills since you actually didn't do any fighting. You pressed a button and won. ((Not like standard combat isn't already like that, but this is ZOS we're talking about here.))
