Glitches with Cat's Eye Quay NPCs

Issues with Khenarthi Roost NPCs:
The NPC Zargal appears three times in different locations of the Cat's Eye Quay map, after completion of the relevant questline. Zargal also appears on the map between Mistral and the Quay. His clones are very close to each other, which is an obvious glitch.
Also, the Green Lady greats the player on this map, although she is dead (I have completed the AD storyline). At least her model can be removed if someone has started the Greenshade storyline...
I know this doesn't generate more profit, but please fix those obvious glitches.
