I can see how that would be annoying in PvP - not sure how much dmg he'll do though wearing Alma and Crimson. Seems like a more annoying tank build than a DPS build.
This is just more evidence on why PvP and PvE need to be broken into two different meta's, buffs, dmg, everything..
That would never work in PvE Vet trials on bosses.. due to the constant flow of high dmg and mechanics that often require 1 person doing something to prevent wipes.
Edit: nerfing proc that effects PvE because it effects PvP is just going over the same wheel again and why proc as nerfed. Everyone who cries about proc keeps doing so with context to PvP... and I can agree, it can be unruly. But they HAVE to break up PvP vs PvE armor sets... like if nerfing proc sets by 20% fixed it in pvp -- then it should just be a damn pvp debuff that says all proc dmg does 20% less.. instead of nerfing all sets by 20% globally.
