I understand that this doesn't affect the majority of players, but ZOS why are you so hellbent on making stamina DPS unviable for end-game dungeon and trial content(HMS, Trifectas, Etc.)? With the nerf to penetration cp passive, it has become even more difficult for stam dps to hit the pen-cap. Currently, with 40 points in piercing, & a tank running Alkosh, Tremorscale, & Gold Infused/Crusher, most stam(excluding necro & nightblade) will be 375 pen under the pen cap. That would be somewhat acceptable if it didn't negatively impact all of the mag dps in the group. Having tremorscale & alkosh on is basically useless for them, and unless the group is majority stam it would be more effective for the aforementioned tank to run a more mag or general dps focused set. The stam could run sharpened or gain pen through other methods, but they'd have to sacrifice their overall damage to do so, which in practice ends up making them less effective as damage dealers. Having a mixed group will never be as effective as running either full mag or full stam, which doesn't make any sense for a multiplayer game. Do y'all want there to be a further divide between the end-game community? There's already not that many of us as is. Invalidating an entire playstyle to the point where most decent groups won't allow a stam in at all(unless they are running a majority stam comp) is ridiculous. Why not just inform players in the skill window, "If you want to do pvp go stam, if you want to do pve go mag" because that's essentially the direction y'all are/have been pushing the game in. This will likely not be the easiest issue to fix, as it is a core problem with how the game has been designed thus far. Nevertheless, why not leave the cp trees alone(or slash the requirements while keeping the same values) and alter medium armor so that it provides passive penetration. That wouldn't fix everything, but it'd be a decent and appreciated start. Also fix CT Trifecta, having to complete it multiple times to get the achievement to drop is extremely frustrating, and unacceptable for a game of this scale.
