All skill points missing after CP update change. Total Skill points = 0

Anyone else experiencing this? If so any way of correcting this on our own?
I logged onto my level 50 tank last night, haven't played him in a while. All the CP points were reset so I redid all of those. I then went to the skill points section (PS4) and no skill points available and all the skills are removed however. I opened a ticket and did a google and ESO forum search but no luck. All my other toons are just fine.
