No. I can have a fox and companion out at the same time.

But...

The companion AND a personal banker/merchant can’t be out at the same time.

So it is my understanding that if you were in a dungeon with 3 other players, and wanted to summon a merchant, you will not be able to.

Does that mean a sorc can have, 2 combat pets, 1 non combat pet, 1 merchant and 1 companion all at the same time? Forget about the 2 person mounts, they need a mini van.

So most Sorcerers have an entourage of two summoned pets, a non combat pet and a companion - this sounds just horrible. Although your mini van pun was great.

The merchant replaces the non combat pet.
