cant play more than 2-5 min before game locks and crashes, disappointing

Interesting crash earlier: we finished the new trial and the whole group got kicked to character selection screen; then when we logged back, we were all ported out of the trial (still grouped) and the achievements, titles, body markings etc., earned had all disappeard. Too bad because we didn't even have time to check them out.
