Every so often my wife's computer needs to be verified/approved to run ESO which maybe that our ISP uses different IP addresses. What is the quick way to verify the computer again?

If you're referring to verifying the account/game to login, the only way to do so that I am aware of is with the authorization code that is sent to the email address registered on the account. As of this posting, an email with the subject "Elder Scrolls Online - Login From Unknown IP Address" from "noreply@mail.elderscrollsonline.com" will contain that information which you can either type out or copy->paste the code into authorization box.

Thank You, the issue I'm seeing is that (after patch) my wife's computer will not log into the game, goes into a timeout loop (with nothing displayed on screen of course) and there is no email. I suspect the patch wipes out the existing verification, but then the launcher is not coded to trigger the verification email process. Usually when I exit the launcher (which sometimes after the timeout just borks windows needing a reboot or signout) I will go to her account and then the email "may" be sent. It is frustrating of course, my ESO is through Steam and I never experience the issue.
