Ezabi Not Appearing

As the title says, I was doing daily writs in Daggerfall-Glenumbra. I went to turn the writs in at the docks, summoned Ezabi and she did not appear. I've moved the character around but she still did not appear. I tried (repeatedly) to remove Ezabi and summon her again from the Collections-Assistants panel, observing that the pet did appear when Ezabi was removed, but Ezabi failed to appear when she was summoned again (the pet did disappear when she was summoned, but she did not appear). I attempted to move the pointer around the area in case it was just a visual glitch but I got no action to appear that indicated I could interact with her, meaning this is more than just a visual glitch.

Ezabi was successfully summoned in Auridon-Vukhel Guard with another character just a few minutes ago, so the issue might be with Glenumbra.
I also traveled the character through wayshrine to Stormhaven-Wayrest and Ezabi was succesfully summoned, further confirming this might be an issue with Daggerfall-Glenumbra.
