Can't interact with banker in own house

I just bought the cat banker from the crown store but I can't interact with it in my house (Psijic Villa). I can't summon it nor interact with it when I place it in the house. Please help me out.

When you place it it has to have a green glow under its feet, if its yellow then you won't be able to interact with it.

I couldn't place the banker inside the house but outside was just fine. Thanks for the help.

I think in some houses (the small cheap ones) you may be blocked from placing a banker/merchant because they are considered something like a luxury furniture item. You may have already reached the max allowed of that class of "furnishing", or the house may not allow that "furnishing." I know I have run into that problem in some of my houses. I had to take a pet out of the house before I could place the banker.

I have my cat assistants inside the Psijic Villa, which is not a small house, and still run into this issue. The highest limit on these is still quite low, especially for a house that large.

I have found this site to be really helpful (https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Player_Housing). For special stuff like we are talking about I believe the Psijic Villa limit is 5 (10 with ESO+)

Yes, that site is very helpful with the stats. Unfortunately it can’t raise the limit, though!!
