Precognition not always working where it should

..Like for ex. the first boss in Frostvault or the boss with the ghost in Fang Lair, tiger in Fang Lair, etc....

    Precognition can be cast when you are under the effect of CC. I don't think those bosses are CC'ing you. They are mechanics. CC is something you can break free from. You can't break free from any of those effects. They are mechanics that require other group members to take action, and I am guessing that ZOS does not want you to bypass mechanics that are supposed to involve group members.

    @Dagoth_Rac You can break free with it in Wayrest II and Banished Cells Crypt of Hearts II tho.

    So why does it work with the 'clone' boss in Craddle of Shadows (the one with 2 adds that must be interupted)? This is pure boss mechanic, that is.

    Also it works with the 1st boss of MhK and the big white wolf boss too in MhK, both boss mech, not regular CC...

    You don't think these bosses are CC me.. so what is CC then? and why this skill is only 50% effective (so to speak)? why even slot an ultimate that works 50% of time, not knowing if it will work or not...

    If it is intented, at least, can we have a list of 'un-precognitionable' mechs in the game?
