Can’t get past the title screen

I hit x and I stay on this screen listening to music forever. PS5/NA

If you've not done so, please try reinstalling ESO on your PS5 to help get past the title screen.

It happened again for me, today. I am being blocked from logging in. After getting into character select screen ( if i am able) i will be kicked out again and again. Error 100 or connection to server timed out. Of course this is PS4 NA server. This of course has nothing to do with my internet connection.
