Maybe a dumb question, but let me start with the obvious.

Are you activating the 2021 cake from Tools, in collections, and eating a piece of the cake?

Do you have available slots for tickets in your currency tab, since you can only have a max of 12? If you are maxed out, you won't get tickets.

You can only have 12 tickets. If you have twelve tickets, go spend some and then you will be able to earn more. Also, you not only have to make the cake appear before you to get tickets, but you must actually eat some of it.

The Cake should be in your Collections menu (same menu as costumes and mount selection) and under the Tools section. If it isn't there, you need to do the quest for it in the starter city for your alliance - you can get the cake voucher from the Crown Store for free.

i know all that, it was there 5 days ago 2021 cake now gone. I waa getting tickets untill 45 days ago. Im level 1670. so it a teck problem

If you did have the 2021 cake under Collections > Tools but it has since disappeared, you will need to file a support ticket to get someone to look at your particular account. Players and forum moderators will not be able to look at your account and fix a technical problem like that.

It would probably help get your ticket moved along if you took a screenshot of your Tools menu (since there should only be six items in there at most) and send it as an attachment to your ticket to show them the cake is missing. Support will then be able to verify you did the Ache for Cake quest and got the 2021 cake but that it has since disappeared.

I THINK WHAT HAPPENED, WAS ON ANOTHER ALT I TOOK THE QUEST BUT DIDNT DO IT MAYBE THATS WHAT WRONG

Anyone can show up at the Auridon Docks and bake the cake.

I think it is also in Stonefalls and Daggerfall.

2021 cake is in:

Collections -> Tools

Not:

Collections->Mementos

Where all other cakes have been before.
