Purchased DLC, money has been taken from bank but i havent recieved the DLC.

I purchased greymoor about 10 hours ago, the money instantly left my bank account but i didnt recieve a purchase confirmation email, and it hasnt activated on my ESO account. Has anyone experienced this before?
