Wild Talismans daily quest

Every since I began doing dailies in Markarth there was one day in the cycle where Bralthahawn didn't have a quest for me. I normally don't play in the evening, but went to Markarth last night and to my surprise he had a marker over his head (yesterday was one of the days where I didn't get a marker for him when I picked up dailies).
As I was doing the daily I realized I had never done that daily before. It seems that this quest is on a different timer than all the others. Since I've only started doing dailies after I finished all the story quests in Markarth there was no reason for me to hang around town after I get the dailies done, so I can't tell at what time this one quest spawns.
Has anyone else encounter this problem? Does anyone has an idea on how to sync the dailies*?
* There were days when I didn't do the dailies, the time of the day when I do them varies (sometimes I do them in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon).

tim99✭✭✭✭✭yeah, you can share all others, but not this one. Not to everyone at least.
Seems like you have to do some pre-quests to get this one.
Like in Wrothgar are 2 delve-dailys, where you need to do some quests to get them.3 -

✭✭Iirc there are 3 quests for each of the delve/wb dailies; not sure about the new Wild Guardians ones (one is bugged for me and drop rate is rubbish).
Which quest was it? Egg, mushrooms or fungal spores?0 -

Yes, Wayward Guardians quests only become available after you've done the quest A Feast of Souls, which I have.
As you can read in my OP, I've done all of the quests in the Reach, including the one in the title of this thread. Each daily quest giver has 6 quests* aside from the harrowstorm ones (only 2). It's none of those. Here is the quest in question.
The quest giver is the wood elf, not the Reachmen. The Reachmen gives wayward guardians dailies.
*Oddly enough, when I checked UESP, it shows that there are 7 different dailies from the wayward guardians.

TL;DR: the quest Wild Talismans given by the Bosmer Bralthahawn (delve daily quest giver) only becomes available at a fixed time of the day, in my case 9:30 PM CDT. If I don't pick it up on the night it's available, it won't be available for me the next morning. Which implies that it does reset at the same time as other dailies (12:00 AM EDT), but does not become available at the same time as the other dailies.

✭✭✭That is strange. I have been doing the delve dailies since Markarth launched and I am always able to pick up that one.
I do them in the morning or right after lunch, though.

But i realized, that you get following quests from Bralthahan:
* Unhatched Menace
* Strange Contamination
* Magic Mycology
* Wild Talismans
* The Tainted Briarheart
* What's Hers is Ours
You can all share them to another person, who never made a step to Markmath. All EXCEPT Wild Talismans.
So something is off with this quest anyway.
I've done the delve-quest itself, to which WIld Talismans points, but still cant get this daily-quest by sharing, nor by picking it up myself. I haven't done any other quest in that zone yet, so i wonder if there are some pre-quests you have to do in order to get this one as well.1 -

Sorry, I should have said it already, I'm on PC NA. I tend to do my dailies around the same time as you, but if I want to pick up that one I have to wait until 9:30 PM.

Do you mind telling me which server you play on? If you are on PC/NA and your schedule allows it, try going to the quest giver on or after 9:30 PM CDT. As far as I'm aware there are no per-requisites to to any of the dailies he gives you.

I tried it with different people, you cant share this special quest to everyone. Worked for some, didnt work for others. I still think you have to do some pre-quests (unless it's a really strange bug like you cant share if some has poison equipped, just a example), but i never found the condition so far to get this quest. But it seems, i couldnt share it to any chars which never entered markarth before, so it must be something you get/do in there (obviously)1 -

Can be lucky at the first day, but in worst luck you get it on day 7.

There are no prerequisites to unlock this quest giver. He is available to all players who have access to Markarth the moment their chars enter the city (I see him on my NB who hasn't done anything there).try going to the quest giver on or after 9:30 PM CDT.

If you're doing them every day you will know. There are 3 quests that have you go to the cave delve ( Unhatched Menace,
Strange Contamination and Magic Mycology) and 3 that have you go to the other delve ( Wild Talismans, The Tainted Briarheart and What's Hers is Ours).
For 3 consecutive days you will be going to the same delve, and once you've done a full cycle the order in which the quests are presented to you will remain the same. But there is even an easier way to find out if you need to go back to Markarth at a later time. If the wood elf doesn't have a blue marker over his head when he should, that is the day the Wild Talismans quest should be available

Last week I kind of lost track and was surprised to find out that the quest was available for me when I went to pick up the dailies. I picked them up around 3:00 P.M. .
If memory serves, it should be available for me today again. If it becomes available at the same time as the others, I'll update this thread.
