Banished Cells I - 1st gate doesnt open

After the latest patch i have noticed that the 1st metal gate doesnt open up after killing the enemies. This worked perfectly fine before the patch. Might be a bug although i havent tried it a second time (Yet).

    It opens, you just have to finagle it a little bit. Persistence is key!

    Well, I just went in and cleared out the whole dungeon on Normal; no problems with the gates for me. Both opened like they always have, right when the last mob in the group guarding them dies.

    Were you in a group? Normal or Veteran? What platform are you on?
    (I was solo, Normal difficulty, PC/NA)

    I'm guessing this was just one of those occasional hiccups that happen with doors from time to time, but I would be interested to hear if it happens again! Last thing we need is another WGT situation, right?

    Had Banished Cells I again now and this time it worked flawless. MIght've been a hiccups.
    I was Normal in Random Dungeon with 4 people. EU server.

    There defintiely seems to be some issue though. I ran it again today. Smooth run till Areldur. But then again the gate was locked. @ZOS_GinaBruno can you try to forward this issue to the internal testing?

    I have noticed that when in a group, one or more often stay "in combat" even after all mobs are killed and then any doors/gates etc won't be intractable for them.

    Had that happen twice again last night. It sucks because there is no way to get out of combat, the crouch trick doesn't seem to work anymore.

    BC 1 on PC/NA random normal worked fine for me.

    But you dont have to interact with the gate. It normally should open all by itself.

    @TheDarkRuler , just an FYI, but I don't think Gina is the one to tag in these situations.

    Obviously I don't work at ZOS, so I can't definitively speak to how their teams work or anything, but it seems like when you have issues that need attention or confirmation concerning support tickets or bug reports and the like, @ ZOS_Adrikoth is the one who usually responds to such calls for aid here on the forums.

    Adrikoth often pops up with acknowledgement and/or helpful info when people have unresolved issues. Give them a ping, if you feel it necessary.

    Did you ever file a formal Bug Report, or use the in-game function when it happened? I recommend using the in-game /bug function, as it likely (hopefully, right?) contains lots of technical info about your particular instance and whatnot at the time the bug occurred; this should help the people who investigate a lot more than just vague verbal reports.

    Thanks for the intel. Im not 100% sure since im mostly in the german forum and i only know KaiSchober there from the ZOS team. Glad for the advice. :) Also i did file a bug report for BC1 every time it happened so far with the /bug command ingame. :) Thanks for the rickroll btw. Like the music.
