Anniversary Event 2021 Cake/Ticket Bug

Hi!

I completed the "ache for the cake" quest on two seperate characters, both PC/EU and on same account. I did not recieve the new cake memento and I only recieved the event tickets the first day when I ate the cake (I used the 2020 cake memento). Since then I have no longer recieved event tickets when eating the cake, nor did I get the new 2021 cake memento.

I only use one account and that is on PC/EU.

Hey @MjolnirVilkas, the 2021 Jubilee Cake can be found in the Tools section of the Collectibles menu. Here is some more information about the Anniversary Jubilee Event.

@ZOS_Chiroptera I had the same problem he did and my cake has not shown up. Here are some screenshots I posted in another thread about this same issue.

And as I have already completed the quest on that character, I am accurately told I have already completed it, but simply don't have the cake.

Hello @Zuboko, you may be looking at the Mementos section of your Collectibles. Make sure to check the Tools section. If you have any further issues, you can always submit a support ticket here.
