I'm sorry if my English writing is not very good and I hope it will be understandable enough;)
I wrote to the French support and they told me that for more impact I would have to express my disarray as a player here
No insurmountable concerns, but a fact that many will recognize and it is quite annoying!

it was concerning the event tickets won when taking the pastry chef's cake (3 tickets).
I knew that we needed space to be able to acquire the new tickets. Except that I was full and I had not seen that it was when we ate the cake that the tickets came.
So as I already had 12 I lost them!
Since the time it would take an alert to tell the player that he has the maximum number of tickets and that he must spend them with in acquiring more.
It is not if I had 10 or 11 tickets, there indeed the surplus would have been lost. But to have 12 and lose all of them because we don't have any more, I really do not find very playful as a process!
We are always in a hurry in-game to try out the new items that we have won and we do not always pay attention to whether we are doing on the tickets or if we have done things well in order.
Our eyes shine and we click frantically on the new object ^^
Thanking you for my contribution to the wellbeing of the players because I am not the only one to have lost tickets (I am ashamed)
