Gifted Rider CP passive overrides major expedition buff

the title says it all, I don't know if anyone else noticed. or the bug is not global and its somehow just on my side.

But in this case it seems that Gifted rider nulifies them. @virtus7530 -

✭Are you sure it's nullifying them? Or do you have a skill point in the "Continuous Attack" passive under the Assault tree? This now grants Major Gallop at all times (the mounted portion of Major Expedition) meaning hitting Rapid Maneuvre would do nothing, since the buff is already active...
It was one of the few changes that REALLY imporved the QoL for players.0 -

Major Expedition only affects footspeed. It was Major Gallop (the mounted version of the buff) that was attached to Rapids but has since been moved to Continuous Attack (or a couple of other sources, like the Adept Rider set).

Continuous Attacks [sic]:- This passive now always grants Major Gallop when purchased at rank 1 or 2. Note that you do not need to be in Cyrodiil to gain this effect! This means once you purchase the passive at any rank, you will always have Major Gallop active on you regardless of where you are.
Rapid Maneuvers:- This ability and its morphs no longer grant Major Gallop on cast since it is no longer necessary.
