[BUG] Long delay when accessing guild bank

I'm sure it has been mentioned before, but the bug where the guild bank freezes for 10+ seconds is still there

Ir isn't just the guild bank. Regular bank is the same. Takes upwards of a minute to complete a transaction.

Known issue, listed in the Update 29 original release notes, not fixed yet in the recent patch.

With multiple threads on this issue we've decided to close this one. As an update posted here, we are aware and currently working on a fix for the lag and freezing issues the guild bank is experiencing.
