Fiery Grip Pull Mechanism

When I was using Fiery Grip (Skill from the Dragonknight class) and then moved, the enemy would be pulled to me.
Since the last patch enemies will not be pulled to me, but to the position where I stood when I cast the skill.
Is this change intentional? I did not find it in the Patch Notes.
Maybe someone else has noticed the change. In most tank situations it won't be a substantial change. In situations where you play solo and in pvp this has huge impact, though.
I haven't tested Silver Leash, yet.
