How do I suggest something for Twitch Drops?

I play a couple of games and warframe does a limited number of drops per week for every 30 minutes. I wish ESO didn't limit drops to one per week. Is there a way to suggest that. Warframe gets monster twitch numbers when drops are on, and I notice one the first day of twitch drops ESO gets high numbers and then they fall.
