Sea Giant Crafting Motifs question. Event - Crown store - Trials

This months crown store update article details "The Sea Giant Motif will be available in the Crown Store on all platforms, starting on March 24 at 10am EDT. Sea Giant Motif pages also have a chance to drop when completing "The Fight For Kyne's Aegis" quest."
Question: Does anyone know if this is weekly coffer only? Does it actually mean just the quest? Is this normal mode as well? Any additional info would be helpful. Thank you.

I think its a 100% drop in normal(or at least i seem to get one all the time sice this summer1 -

✭Its not quite a guaranteed drop as I have had coffers without it in but certainly it must be an 80 or 90% drop rate0
