I have been testing to proc this for almost 3 days now.
Does anyone know if and how this procs. I keep looking for the icon when testing against sparring target. There is nothing on the screen indicating this effect. There is no increase in dps when points are assigned. There is nothing enumerated in Character Screen under "Active Effects" indicating this Status Effect.
I have used Wall of Elements, Shock Clench, light attacks forever, class skills, Ultimates, etc and nothing identifiable regarding this "Magical Status Effect."
Could someone explain pls? 🙏
