cyrodil on consult is not a functioning product

spent all day getting a new build for my melee magblade, spend a few hundred G's of gold....okay let's go cyrodil, new build, no procs, this should be fun amirite? All the elite boys of ESO pvp are saying it's now nirvana without procs!

low and behold, skill delays of 2 seconds, having to press my skills twice in a row just so that they actually activate...having a dragonknight leap on me, and at first nothing happens, and then a second AFTER his leap lands on me I actually get knocked up and the damage kicks in.

I don't understand how Zenimax even cares about no procs when this game doesn't even function, at least on Xbox. I have 100MB download, 40 upload. Xbox one X. But the gear I wear doesn't make any freaking difference AT ALL compared to whether or not my buttons will actually freaking register in the game. I have no control over my character.

Seriously ZOS. This whole proc vs no proc stuff is all meaningless. It's such a minor issue compared to whether your game actually is a functioning product.

Its absolute crap on PS5 right now too. Constant crashing, long loading screens are back, and as you mentioned skills are on a 2-3 second delay.
This is especially pronounced with execute refusing to fire when you have someone in execute range. I do an ambush, la, surprise attack, dawnbreaker, la, surprise attack taking an enemy to 10% but then I have to hit Whirling Blades 4 times before it goes off by which time they've broken free and healed to full.
Other times it goes off and though I'm literally right next to the target they take absolutely no damage.
Same on my Sorc, I'll be looking right at someone in execute range tapping away at Endless Fury but it acts as if there is no target until the enemy has healed beyond execute.
