Final quest in Ali'kr has a wierd interaction with one of the royal guards.

With one of the royal guards there is a wierd interaction. If you pass by the guard they just say the word certianly. There isn't a sentance and if you move far away enough and pass by them again it can repeat. The guard is by the stairs in the picture.
