All NPC names say "offline" and no location names appearing anywhere

Good day,
I recently upgraded my computer and when I got ESO downloaded again I turned it on and I noticed that during the character log in screen and loading screen, it does not say the location of where I am signing in, like "Vardenfell" or "Summerset." If I port to my house, it just says "housing" during the loading screen. Another weird thing that is happening is all the npcs in the game all have the name "offline" above their heads. Is this happening to anyone else? Was it because of the patch or something to do with my computer? After about 5 min, it just kicks me off the game and says "unable to connect" and "check my internet connection" which I know is working just fine. I'm hoping someone can provide some help or advice cause its getting a bit frustrating to not to be able to play. Thanks in advance!

CallmeFishmeal✭✭✭*Another detail, if I pull up my friends list or guild roster, there is no location for anyone, just says the name. And my skill icons look squished together on top of each other, if that makes sense. There's just too much weird stuff happening that I wont be able to list them all in one post without leaving something out.0
