✭✭Well ZOS does post when it plans on doing maintenance, and also notifies you at least 20 minutes in advance before pulling the plug. So if you are doing a dungeon in that timeframe, it’s on you to get it done.
Now if 3 of you suddenly got kicked from the server, then that sounds like a server or instance crash. Although rare, they do happen. Not much we can do about those except post on the forum

What error message do you get? Cause when there would be maintenance you would get a Message about it when trying to login. And even a "casual" Server restart Takes 3 hours for ZOS. Okay once it took the whole day cause something broke.
But sounds more like a Problem on your end since no one else is reporting such problems.0 -

Same thing for me at about 8:30 UK time. Restarted my PC and got in right away, a coincidence I think.0 -

✭✭✭It's not scheduled maintenance, but there have been mass disconnects at night very often since Update 29 dropped on PC NA. You get disconnected, various different errors when you try to log in, can't log in to the ESO website either, and when you log back in, your guilds are down to like 2 people online from 20 before the mass disconnect. It's not just people in the same instance, but of course dungeon and trial groups have been half- or completely disconnected.
I'm surprised there haven't been more posts about it—maybe because it happens after 11pm Pacific time.PC-NA
